Joshua Mamman Madaki

Joshua Mamman Madaki was born on 6th July 1947 in Manchok of Kaura Local Government Area, Kaduna State.

He joined the Nigerian Defence Academy Kaduna State after completing his studies in St. Paul’s College Wusasa.

Joshua Mamman Madaki was appointed military governor of Plateau State by General Ibrahim Babangida between August 1990 to January 1992.

He oversaw the affairs of Plateau State and was involve in peace restoration during the census population of 1991 due to crisis among people of Dong, Tudun Wada and Kabong communities all in Jos North Local Government Area in Plateau State where he set up a committee to ascertained the ownership of the places in question.
